Nezar Alsaie, Chairman of Kalaam Telecom Group is a seasoned entrepreneur with strong financial investment portfolio & varied business interests ranging from telecommunications, real estate, BPO. With over 30+ years of experience in the Gulf & Europe, he holds several executive positions in the region. He is currently the Chairman of Kalaam Telecom Group, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Gulf Union Holding, Director at Gulf International Bank, Polycon Bahrain & Delta Partners Telecom Fund.

Yousef AlQuraishi

Vice Chairman

Yousef AlQuraishi, Vice Chairman of Kalaam Telecom Group has over 23 years of business experience, manages multiple companies in different sectors and represents the Group on the Boards of Investee companies. As the Managing Director of AZAQ, he has led the Group in establishing industrial joint ventures, managing mergers, acquisition transactions and overseeing due diligence activities, liquidity events such as IPO’s. He also currently serves on the board committees of several private and public companies that are regulated by different bodies in KSA, Bahrain and UAE.

Basim Alsaie

Basim Alsaie, Board Member of Kalaam Telecom Group is the Managing Director and founder of Installux Gulf, a joint venture Bahraini French company providing top-end architectural aluminium products for the building and interior industries since 1997. He is also a Board and Executive Committee Member at the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce

Walid Al Shoaibi

Walid Al Shoaibi, Board Member of Kalaam Telecom Group serves as the Managing Director at Shoaibi Group. He holds various executive positions in Saudi and is a board member at HACE, Saudi Chainlink Fence Mfg.Co. Ltd, Chemical Development Company, Saudi & Joint Italian Arab Chamber of Commerce. He was previously a member of the Industrial Committee at Alsharqia Chambers.

Faisal Al Shoaibi

Faisal Al Shoaibi, Board Member of Kalaam Telecom Group is a Director at Shoaibi Group, responsible for all of the Group’s international investments.He started his career at Saudi International Bank in London working in finance and asset management, prior to joining the family business.

Osman A. Ibrahim

Osman A. Ibrahim, Board Member of Kalaam Telecom Group is an Executive Board Member, Group President & CEO at Rawabi Holding. Prior to this, he headed the M&A Department of an Egyptian consulting firm. He is the Chairman of Rawabi Archer, Rawabi Wildcat, Rawabi Pason, Rawabi CETCO, Rawabi Vallianz, Rawabi Schulte and Rawabi Sapura.

AbdulAziz Al Rashid

AbdulAziz Al Rashid, Board Member of Kalaam Telecom Group has more than 20 years of experience in business, achieved through handling several posts in his family business and other firms such as KAMCO Investment Co. for around 10 years and handled the position of Senior Manager of Local & Gulf Investment Trading. Currently Al Rashed holds senior positions in several organizations such as, Chairman STORK Mechanical Services & Maintenance Co., Vice Chairman Al Qibla International Real Estate Co. , Board Director Saffar Capital – U.A.E.and many more. Abdulaziz Has been nominated and appointed to run the Family Business as Chairman & CEO of Al Rashed Group Holding Co.

Hani A. Alabbadi

Hani A. Alabbadi, Board Member of Kalaam Telecom Group comes with 25yrs. of professional experience. He is the Managing Director of Enmaa Saudi Business Holding and serves as Board Member & Audit Committee Chairman of Desert Technologies Holding, as a Board Member & Audit Committee Chairman of Alcazar Capital Limited and as a Board Member of Cura Telehealth Technologies. He also previously served on Alawaal Capital Funds Board, and held various roles in Saudi Hollandi Bank, National Commercial Bank, Samba Financial Group and in Financial Consulting.
