Kalaam smart building automation solutions are fully customizable and tailored to meet the specific needs of each building. Kalaam team of experts examines the building’s specifications and assesses the range of services and smart solutions that can be implemented, offering flexible payment options.

In light of the global digital transformation, the digital infrastructure of a property has become crucial for modern tenants who seek responsive digital solutions to enhance their comfort and modern lifestyle. With the growing emphasis on sustainability and the global push towards sustainable cities, smart buildings provide attractive options for environmentally conscious individuals and those prioritizing sustainability due to their energy-saving benefits.

Ali Baksh, Head of Real Estate Sales at Kalaam Telecom stated: “To address these evolving needs, our digital solutions for smart building automation extend beyond conventional functions like air conditioning and lighting control. This results in substantial reductions in operating costs and environmental impact.

Furthermore, Kalaam Telecom’s smart building automation solutions incorporate an access control system that utilizes hand or face scanning for tenant authentication, ensuring complete protection and security within the building.
