• Falsification of Origin or Routing Information: Using, selling, or distributing in conjunction with the Services, any computer program designed to conceal the source or routing information of electronic mail messages in a manner that falsifies an Internet domain, header information, date or time stamp, originating e-mail address, or other identifier.
• Avoiding System Restrictions: Using manual or electronic means to avoid any limitations established by Kalaam or attempting to gain unauthorized access to, alter, or destroy any information that relates to any Kalaam customer or other end-user. Kalaam may, but is not obligated to,(1) take any action it deems necessary to protect its Website and Network, its rights or the rights of its customers or third parties, or (2) optimize or improve its Website, Network, services, systems, and equipment. You acknowledge that such action may include, without limitation, employing methods, technologies, or procedures to filter or block messages sent through the Website or Network. Charges and Payment Online

Some services may be chargeable as indicated on the Site and in any other terms and conditions. You acknowledge that you will be responsible for payment of any charges, may be requested, as per the fees announced by Kalaam. Kalaam shall be entitled to debit the User's credit card account or recover by any other means any amount including any upfront payment due on any Service or Product offered through Kalaam’s Site once accepted such service request. The user is required to pay Kalaam all other charges as indicated for each service.

Language

The English language shall be the official language of this agreement and all communications under it. The parties recognize and agree that this agreement may be interpreted into other languages. The English version of this agreement shall be the official version and shall prevail if any dispute in the interpretation of this agreement between such languages arises between the parties.

Unless otherwise specified in a particular case, words importing the singular number shall include the plural and vice versa and words importing persons shall include bodies corporate, unincorporated associations and partnerships and vice versa.

Reference to one gender shall include references to all other genders.

Governance

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Bahrain. The user hereby consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Bahrain, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Kalaam website. Use of the Kalaam website is unauthorised in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.

Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Kalaam with respect to the usage of the Kalaam website and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Kalaam with respect to the website.

Future Amendments

Constant technical and legal developments may require Kalaam to adapt the General Conditions of Use from time to time. Kalaam reserves the right to amend the General Conditions of Use at any time in accordance with such requirements and without announcement.
