Lightstorm collaborates with Kalaam Carrier Solutions to expand its presence in the Middle East

  • Lightstorm will interconnect with Kalaam Carrier Solutions global network in UAE to provide an improved network experience to their customers in the MENA region
  • The partnership is crucial to Lightstorm’s expansion plans in the region and highlights UAE’s strategic position as the communications network hub for the MEA region

Dubai, United Arab Emirates – March 07, 2023: Kalaam Carrier Solutions (KCS), the Wholesale division of Kalaam Telecom Group in the MENA region collaborates with Lightstorm, a carrier-neutral network infrastructure platform with presence across Asia Pacific & Middle East to develop state-of-the-art NaaS platform, regional fiber interconnection services and other services that would further enhance and expand the reachability of its customers.

Lightstorm will also form a Network-to-Network Interface (NNI) arrangement with Kalaam Carrier Solutions, which will enable Lightstorm to use KCS points of presence in the Middle East and Africa. This will allow Lightstorm to support the expansion plans for global digital enterprises and hyperscalers looking for best-in-class network services.
