National Coverage

In the past 5 years, Kalaam has established its own national coverage within the Kingdom of Bahrain that covers the main business districts in the capital Manama and the surrounding areas with a variety of access technologies including SDH, HSDSL, GePON, Ethernet, etc.
Kalaam also uses the incumbent’s network to reach customers’ premises in rural areas whenever is required. Additional resiliency layers can be added either via backup licensed microwave links or other terrestrial routes as and when required.
